At time of service you are responsible for payment of all fees for services rendered to include: Private pay, co-payment, co-insurance, deductible and any other applicable fees.
Debit & credit cards are acceptable methods of payment and a receipt will be provided upon request.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. A no show for your appointment and less than a 24 hour cancellation will result in a full session fee (automatically charged to your card on file).
